Johnny Depp 'suffers from erectile dysfunction', Amber Heard's lawyers claim

Unsealed court documents reveal that Johnny Depp allegedly suffers from erectile dysfunction, according to Amber Heard’s lawyers.

‘Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard,’ the March 28 filing obtained by Page Six says.

Depp’s alleged medical condition is what contributed to his violent behavior towards his ex-wife, Heard’s lawyers argue.

The Aquaman actresses legal team claims that Depp’s medical condition makes him more likely to become ‘angry or agitated’ that leads him into anger and aggression.

Heard and Depp headed to court in April for six-week trial in Virginia to discuss the abuse allegations made throughout the couples relationship. The pair married in 2015, but separated a little bit over a year later before officially divorcing in 2017.

Heard claimed that Depp allegedly abused her dating back to 2013 when she claims the Pirates of the Caribbean sexually assaulted her.

Heard took the stand in May to testify that her ex-husband allegedly raped her with a liquor bottle and threatened to ‘carve up’ her face with it in 2015, according to Page Six.

‘I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside me was broken,’ she said, breathing heavily as she held back tears. ‘I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t feel anything.’

Court documents show that the alleged assault occurred at the same time Depp suffered from a severed finger – claiming Heard had thrown a vodka bottle at him while in Australia.

Unveiled documents accessed on August 1 further revealed Heard’s sister told her boss that the Aquaman actress did sever Depp’s finger when she threw a bottle of vodka at him.

The was deposition was given by Jennifer Howell, a former friend and boss of Heard’s sister, Whitney Henriquez, speaking about the finger incident.

She recollects when Amber’s sister scream in the office ‘she’s cut off his God damn finger’ while the duo were in Australia as Depp was filming the fifth Pirates of the Caribbean film.

Despite the accusations by the Aquaman actress, Depp denied the sexual assault allegations from his ex-wife throughout the defamation trial that ended in June with a judge siding with Depp.

Heard was ordered to pay her ex-husband $10.35 million in June, when a jury ruled she defamed Depp in a newspaper opinion piece published in 2018.

Speaking with Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez, Howell said: ‘I was sitting exactly where I’m sitting right now because I’m sitting at my desk in the office. So I was sitting right here on my computer, working, in my zone, responding, doing whatever I was doing.

‘And right over there, there were two black-and-white chairs at the time with a table in between it. Whitney was sitting in one of the black-and-white chairs.

‘There’s a door that goes out right over there as well, and she just screamed, ‘She’s done it now. She’s cut off his God damn finger,’ and made this huge proclamation. And I pushed my chair back. I was like, ‘What?’

‘And she goes, ‘She cut off his finger. She cut off his finger.’ And then she bolted out the door and was like, ‘I got to call somebody. I got to call somebody.’

‘And she went out the door and she called someone. I don’t know who she called. That’s what was said.’

When asked if Henriquez had specified who the ‘she’ and ‘he’ were in the scenario, Howell responded: ‘It was Amber and Johnny.

‘And she apparently had thrown a bottle and cut off his finger, is what she reported when she came back in from whoever she talked to outside.’

Heard denied causing the injury, saying that he hurt himself during a drunken rage.

Depp also told the court that he lied to a doctor over how he got the finger injury at the time.

The unsealed court documents further showed that Heard walked away from a divorce payout from Depp that could had granted her tens-of-millions of dollars.

Heard could have sought half of Depp’s $33 million he made while filming the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise – since the pair were still married. However, documents obtained by the Daily Beast show that Heard ignored guidance from her legal team to not sue Depp for the maximum amount.

Heard will also receive $2 million from Depp in a counter-lawsuit, leaving her with just over $8 million to pay.

Heard was ordered to pay Depp a total of $8.3 million after being found guilty of defamation, but says she doesn’t have enough cash to do so.

The Aquaman actress has filed an appeal to overturn the judge’s ruling on July 21.
