EXCLUSIVE PICTURES: Josh Homme seen with his children for the first time since restraining order

Californian rocker Josh Homme was seen on Friday at Los Angeles airport with his children – two months after his daughter rescinded the restraining order she was first granted last fall.

Homme, 49, was holding hands with his son Wolf, six, and a boy believed to be 10-year-old Orrin walked nearby.

The boys tried to take out a restraining order against him in September, but their application was denied.

Homme’s daughter Camille, 15, also appeared to be with their father – dressed for the summer in a bucket hat and vest top.

Camille’s application for a restraining order was agreed by a judge in September 2021, but in April of this year she revoked it.

The three children were born while Homme was married to Australian singer Brody Dalle, 43.

Homme and Dalle divorced in 2019 after 14 years of marriage.

The pair fought each other in court for custody, and their separation was acrimonious.

In September all three children filed for restraining orders from their father and Camille was granted hers, but the boys’ application was denied.

In November, Dalle, front woman of punk band The Distillers, was ordered to complete 60 hours of community service after she was found guilty of withholding Wolf from court-mandated time with his father.

She was also charged with blocking Orrin from seeing Homme, but the charge was dismissed when the child was found to have made his own decision not to visit his father.

The boys, in their court documents, claimed their father was ‘scary’, and detailed allegations of abusive behavior.

Homme strongly denied the children’s claims.

His attorney Susan Wiesner issued a statement at the time which read: ‘The allegations made by Ms Dalle against Mr. Homme are categorically false.

‘In order to protect the children, we will not be making any further statements.’

Dalle had made two previous attempts to get a restraining order on behalf of her children.

All three attempts were denied by different judges.

Orrin claimed in the legal documents there was a recent incident at Homme’s home where the singer grabbed the boy’s ‘private parts.’

The children also claimed that their father drinks alcohol while driving with them.

Orrin claimed his father has flicked his ears, hit his head, poked his chest and thrown things at him.

Homme has also called Orrin ‘fat’ while also making alleged threats about murdering their mother’s boyfriend.

The court documents saw Wolf allege that Homme called their mother curse words, would drink and drive, and would grab their necks and ears, adding he’s ‘scared’ to go into his father’s house.

The order is asking that Homme stay 100 yards away from them and the family dog at all times.

Wiesner said: ‘Ms Dalle has previously brought these claims to the police, DCFS, and the presiding judge of the family law court, all of whom have declined to take any action based upon these spurious claims.’

Dalle also filed for a restraining order against Homme, which was granted.

She alleged that he showed up to her house drunk and head-butted her.

He then obtained a restraining order against her.

Homme claimed that she was trying to get him arrested by showing up at events to try and trigger a restraining order violation.

He also claimed that Dalle punched him in the face seven times during their marriage and even threw an iron at him.

Homme’s band Eagles of Death Metal was on stage in Paris in November 2015 when terrorists attacked the Bataclan venue.

Homme was not in Paris at the time: his commitments to his other band, Queens of the Stone Age, frequently meant he missed gigs with the group.

Ninety people were murdered in the attack.

On Wednesday, a French court convicted 20 men of carrying out or aiding the Islamist terrorist attacks that killed the Bataclan crowd and others. In total, 130 people were killed.

Salah Abdeslam, the sole surviving member of the so-called Islamic State group responsible for the attacks, was sentenced to life with no possibility of parole.

The verdicts came after 148 days of hearings, during which 415 victims gave testimony.

Besides Abdeslam, five Islamic State figures, tried in absentia and presumed dead in Syria, were also sentenced to life without parole.

Another defendant was sentenced to life, with parole possible after 22 years. A further three defendants were given 30-year sentences, which was lighter than the life terms that prosecutors had sought.
