If you’re an influencer and get freebies or you want to become an influencer because they get freebies, then there’s a bit of disappointing news- they will now be taxed! A 10% of TDS will be levied. It includes products like cars, gadgets, free airplane tickets, foreign trips and more. But in case the products are returned to the company, influencers won’t be charged that tax.
