1. The IR Digital Binoculars don’t work through windows because IR beams will reflect.
2. When used with 6 x AA Brand New batteries there are 7 IR levels, when the battery power is low, the IR levels will down automatically. The SD card’s metal elements facing up insert into the device. (upside down very gently until it CLICKS) If the device is not working, so please contact us when this happens! We are here to make sure you are happy!
3. To TURN ON the Infrared Feature, please short press IR+/- button, and the Viewing Screen will turn into a Black and White image.
4. To turn ON the device, please HOLD the power button for 2-4 seconds. We have very very few defective units, therefore if your unit doesn’t turn on, PLEASE check the positive and negative of the AA batteries if it’s correct.
5. Please use ALKALINE batteries instead of CARBON rechargeable batteries. Carbon batteries will cause you to fail to boot. It is not recommended to use rechargeable batteries or poor quality batteries for the Night Vision (Otherwise there will be various problems).
6. If you ever received a USED unit, please contact us and we will replace it with a NEW unit without any cost. All the Amazon orders are shipped by Amazon and we send to Amazon’s Warehouses ONLY NEW units. They ship very rarely returned units but it’s your right to receive a NEW unit, so please contact us when this happens! We are here to make sure you are happy!
