A Bakery for Leland Eating and Drinking House in Brooklyn

If you’re the team behind Leland Eating and Drinking House in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, a run-down restaurant basement presents an opportunity for a charmingly rustic neighborhood bakery. After a few months and a hunk of change, Randi Lee, an owner, alongside Delfin Jaranilla, the executive chef, and their colleagues Jeanette Zinno, creative director, and Angela Reid, the baker, have things in order. They’re now turning out sourdough and rye-wheat loaves, focaccias, baguettes and vegan sourdough cinnamon buns. All the breads can be ordered for pickup on Thursdays through toasttab.com.
