A Queens lawyer was killed by an irate client who stabbed him repeatedly in the chest Monday morning, police and sources said.
The 66-year-old was at his office at 136-56 39th Avenue in Flushing when he was knifed by another man around 11:45 a.m., according to police.
The attorney was taken to New York Presbyterian-Booth Memorial Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later, cops said.
A suspect was taken into custody at the scene and charges were pending.
The suspect was the slain lawyer’s client, the sources said. Two knives were recovered at the scene.
The nature of the dispute wasn’t immediately known, cops said. The lawyer’s name was being withheld pending family notification.
