EastEnders marriage as Bobby Beale proposes to Dana while family is torn apart?

Harvey (played by Ross Boatman) handed his son Aaron (Charlie Wernham) over to the police once he realised how dangerous he had become. The EastEnders family have made a big mark on Walford since arriving in the BBC soap, and Dana (Barbara Smith) would be leaving Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) heartbroken if she goes. With Aaron’s actions soon to be public knowledge though, Harvey feels the two need to move on for good. Desperate to prove she won’t be judged by her brother’s actions, will Bobby pop the question?

In shocking episodes of the BBC soap, Aaron plotted to set off a bomb as part of his far-right group’s evil plot.

Although Harvey talked him out of it on New Year’s Eve, it became clear that Aaron was too brainwashed to change his ways.

Recently, he finally called the police on his son, who was taken away.

Dana had no idea her brother was involved with the bomb plot and was left sickened by her father’s initial silence.

In upcoming scenes, Harvey tries to convince her to leave with him – but will she end up staying?

Bobby and Dana have faced a few dramas in their relationship, yet the young couple seems to get through each one.

Although Bobby broke up with Dana after finding out about Aaron, it seems he will regret his decision if he finds out she’ll be leaving.

Bobby always suspected Aaron of being involved with a dodgy group of people.

When he shared his concerns with Dana, she was furious and broke up with him.

Once he was proved right though, she wanted to give their relationship another chance.

“And then when something terrible nearly happened to my community and my friends, the only thing you could think about was the threat to yourself.

“As much as I love you, and I do, everything that’s happened recently has just made me realise how integral my faith is to who I am.”

Dana was heartbroken by Bobby’s rejection, but will he have a change of heart once he realises he runs the risk of never seeing her again?

In future episodes, Harvey explains to Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) he and Dana are leaving Walford soon, lying that his mum is ill.

Harvey later reminds Dana that their landlord is also a police officer, if he finds out about Aaron they’ll be homeless.

A heartbroken Dana doesn’t want to leave, though.

Later, she calls in sick to Peter Beale (Dayle Hudson), but she accidentally doesn’t hang up.

Peter overhears her conversation with Mila Marwa (Ruthxjiah Bellenea).

Could he overhear her talking about leaving the Square?

As Bobby’s brother, he may want the two to get back together because they made each other happy.

He might rush to tell Bobby about Dana leaving – will he propose to Dana to express how serious he is about them?

With Dana concerned about what everyone will think of her when they learn about Aaron, Bobby’s proposal could prove to her that she won’t be judged for it.

Will the two be the next Walford couple to tie the knot?

EastEnders continues on Monday at 8pm on BBC One.
