The conference starts today and ends on Saturday 8.

Posting a snap of herself sitting on the City of Las Vegas sign, the tech reporter told how grateful she was to be covering the conference.

Lara wrote: “Feels almost hard to believe, but made it to Vegas to bring you this week’s @BBCClick from CES.”

“You and @spenley are one of the best presenters @BBCClick have ever had.”

“Huge thanks to all who nominated me, it was unnecessary but lovely – and to all who follow and support my work, I hope it helps.

“Best bit (Covid permitting) is this time my little one’s old enough to be with me when I get it!” he ended his post.
