The small private ceremony was held in Maui on Saturday with only a handful of the couple’s closest friends and family as invited guests.
In photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, the beaming couple were spotted in a passionate kiss as they sealed their vows in the outdoor ceremony at the Montage Kapalua Bay hotel.
A two-time All-Star and 2017 American League Rookie of the year, the 29-year-old Judge began dating Bracksieck while attending Fresno State.

It is not clear what exactly year they began dating, but the two are pictured together on his Instagram page in 2014, a year after Judge was drafted by the Yankees in the first round.
They never formally announced their engagement, but photos from June of this year show Bracksieck with what appears to be an engagement ring.
The couple were publicly quiet about their wedding plans, though last month rumors leaked of their bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Photos from the Instagram page of Judge’s close friend and teammate Tyler Wade showed what appear to be the bachelor party weekend in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Bracksieck is believed to have held a secret bridal shower in New York City in September.

Bracksieck, 26, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DUI after video showed her telling officers that her boyfriend ‘plays baseball for the Yankees…so this is not good.’
She managed to secure a deal with prosecutors in her DUI case after she was pulled over by authorities and arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona.
At the time, police body camera footage caught Bracksieck attempting to get out of the situation by name dropping Judge and hoped to avoid any bad publicity.
‘Do you know who my boyfriend is?’ Bracksieck asked police while being arrested on February 25. ‘This is going to be so bad. I’m just saying that right now.
‘He plays baseball for the Yankees,’ she says later in the back seat of the police car. ‘So this is not good. I’m just trying to get home. I have work at 7am in the morning.’
After the officer asked who her boyfriend is, she is heard sobbing, ‘Aaron Judge,’ as seen in the police video.
