Kate Middleton maintains slim frame with easy diet – 'loves cooking'

The Duchess of Cambridge is a tiny size six and has been for many years. Her weight has not changed since she wed Prince William in 2011 and been in the public eye. What is her daily diet and exercise routine?

For breakfast, Kate usually has a smoothie made of kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine, coriander leaves, and blueberries, according to Mail Online.

She also enjoys a bowl of oatmeal.

These two foods would help slimmers keep full for longer, and are also full of antioxidants.

As for lunch, the Duchess reportedly eats raw and cold foods such as gazpacho, watermelon salads, tabbouleh, and ceviche.

However, although Kate is not a vegetarian, she reportedly prefers to eat meat and fish-free meals.

During the Cambridges’ royal tour of India, Raghu Deora – who was responsible for cooking for the couple while they stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace – revealed the pair’s lunch would be vegetable kebabs and lentil curry.

The chef told Hello! magazine: “It is all vegetarian because I was told that was what they preferred.”

But the Duchess does treat herself to some chicken once in a while – especially as it is thought to be William’s favourite meal.

Teacher Matthew Kleiner-Mann told the news website: “She was telling us how much her children love cooking and how they cook for her.

“They made cheesy pasta the other day.

“One stirs the flour, one puts the milk and butter in. And they make salads and stuff.”

But exercise is just as important as a healthy diet when it comes to weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight.

The Duchess is no stranger to fitness regimes and is a keen runner.

While studying at St. Andrews university, Kate took part in a daily morning running club.

The mother-of-three still makes time to run today, according to a royal source.

They told Mail Online: “Kate finds the time to run as often as possible when in Norfolk.”
