Emmerdale blaze started by Vinny Dingle in bitter revenge plot against Chas Dingle?

The Woolpack looks set to be engulfed in a terrifying blaze as it’s been reported a fire will rip through the establishment over the Christmas period. In upcoming Emmerdale scenes, Vinny Dingle (played by Bradley Johnson) could be left heartbroken after love interest Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) is forced to cut ties with him. Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) is set to get the blame for tearing the couple apart, so will Vinny be the person to set fire to her beloved pub in a bitter revenge plot against her?

In scenes yet to air on the ITV soap Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) will deliver an ultimatum to Liv in the wake of Ben Tucker’s (Simon Lennon) death.

Emmerdale fans recently saw Ben become the third victim of murderer Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu) after she attacked him following his discovery of some incriminating footage, which showed her trying to drown love rival Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) during survival week.

However, it looks as though serial killer Meena has gotten away with another murder as Liv ends up in the frame for Ben’s shocking death.

In upcoming episodes, Liv gets put on remand in prison following allegations that she was behind Ben’s murder.

A spokesman for Emmerdale teased what’s in store over the festive season, saying: “As the dust clears it is soon apparent this will be a Christmas the villagers will never forget, leaving some things changed forever.”

They added: “It’s the season of goodwill, but the underhanded Al Chapman goes sparing on dishing out any joy, particularly when he is feeling under so much pressure.

“Will Al find a solution for his financial problems or could his world collapse?

“The seasonal cheer will give some villagers the confidence to make life-changing decisions and fresh starts with their lives.”

However, they said Christmas Day at the Dingles’ is usually a happy family celebration, but “recent divisions have formed in the clan”.

They added: “The sense of a threat from within the village still looms large, but it is now Dawn (Olivia Bromley) who needs to watch her back? But could there be other villagers in danger before the week is over?

“There is love on the cards this Christmas week for some, but jealousy looms large despite a Christmas proposal.”

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV.
