Lying on the floor of the dance studio in his Instagram stories, Adam candidly shared his issues in getting to grips with the dance.
Defending his status as a gold medallist, the Strictly contestant branded this the most challenging aspect of the show yet.
“And I know I’m an Olympian, I should be fit, I should be all this,” he went on.
“But this is literally like, this is one of the biggest challenges yet in terms of physical challenge,” he added.
