Xbox Game Pass: Skip Games with Gold December for these Xbox Series X downloads

Xbox Game Pass is about to trounce Games with Gold in December by launching one of the biggest Xbox Series X titles of the year.

And if you’re wondering which games to download with your limited Xbox Hard Drive space, it’s best to wait.

That’s because two cracking titles are about to arrive on Xbox Game Pass just a few weeks apart.

Today, Evil Genius 2 will be available to play, offering something nice and unique to play this week.

And when you pair that with the news that EG2 will be a new game on top of it being a sim management experience.

For those who have never played it, Evil Genius 2 puts you in charge of a James Bond-style Villain, aiming to dominate the world through Nefarious schemes and plots.

This means building a secret lair on your own private island, covered by a hotel and casino.

So if you enjoy building a legion of minions to help you take over the world and protect your base of operations, Evil Genius is well worth a look on Xbox Series X and Xbox One.

A message from developers Rebellion adds: “Released on PC in March (2021), Evil Genius 2 lets you unleash your own unique brand of super-villainy as you build your hideout and create a cover operation.

“You are going to need some help if you are going to take over the world so recruit and train a workforce of loyal minions and powerful henchmen to defend your base from the meddling Forces of Justice and help you in your quest to rule the planet one dastardly scheme at a time.

“Get a head start on your evil operations and visit our YouTube channel for all the latest Evil Genius 2 news, tips and tricks, trivia and more. And don’t forget to join our Discord channel to find like-minded criminal masterminds.”

And if Evil Genius 2 isn’t your cup of tea, then you only need to wait a few weeks before the Halo Infinite Campaign.

Set to continue the story of Master Chief on his quest to hunt down Cortana, Halo Infinite will release on December 8 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC.

And the best part is that those with an Xbox Game Pass subscription will be able to play it on day one without any restrictions.

There will be plenty of gameplay that fans will remember from games in the popular series, but Microsoft hasn’t been scared to experiment with the formula, telling fans during the development cycle:

“The Master Chief and the Pilot are shot down by anti-aircraft guns and crash land on the ring, where Chief sets out to disable the AA guns so they can continue their mission.

“Throughout the demo, you see a variety of the weapons and equipment Chief has at his disposal, from his trusty MA40 assault rifle to the new high-precision VK78 Commando and the devastating Ravager plasma weapon.

“Also new to Halo is the Grappleshot, which lets Chief close the distance to enemies at will, pull objects directly to him, and move around the map like never before.”
