Naughty Boy's most famous songs revealed – with appearances from Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran

Viewers criticised the DJ, whose real name is Shahid Khan, on social media after he declared his time there “is done”. In response, his family, who he enlisted to run his social media while away, explained people didn’t know “what he’s battling on the outside world” and that his mother is “battling dementia”. His family provided vital support he needed to build his current career, during which he has collaborated with several high-powered stars. From Emili Sande to Beyonce, here are Naughty Boy’s most famous songs revealed.

Diamond Rings

Naughty Boy helped write and produce “Diamond Rings” in 2009.

Chip – who, at the time, went by Chipmunk – performed the song alongside Emili Sande, adding two blockbuster stars to his roster.

The experience sparked a working relationship between Naughty Boy and Emili, with whom he has collaborated several more times since.

He worked with the singer again the following year alongside Wiley for his 2010 song “Never Be Your Woman”.
