Speaking to host Tess Daly about his time on the show, Adam said: “I have absolutely loved every single challenge, I’ve never had a chance like this.
“As an Olympian for 16 years, I pushed my body to places I never thought they’d be pushed, this is just a whole new ball game.
“I have so much respect for everyone who dances across the world, but all these contestants and these pro’s who put themselves on the line every single week.
“It’s just a great experience,” he reminisced emotionally.
