I'm A Celebrity 2021: Official line up includes unexpected international athlete

The hit reality competition will see duo Ant & Dec return to host the series starting on 21 November 2021 on ITV. Earlier in August, it was announced that, due to Australia’s border remaining closed amid COVID-19 restrictions in the country, filming for the UK version would be taking place at Gwrych Castle in Abergele, Wales for the second year in a row.

As part of the agreement with Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust, ITV announced it would continue to help support the ongoing restoration project of the site.

Twelve personalities from the world of acting, music, television and professional sports have seemingly been confirmed according to reports and will be battling it out to be king or queen of the castle.

Five women have been officially announced as part of the cast:

Louise Minchin, 53, is a British journalist and newsmaker who spent 20 years presenting BBC Breakfast.

Kadeena Cox, 30, is an acclaimed Olympian who enrolled and won medals as a cyclist and track and field athlete. After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2014, she moved from able-bodied competitions to the Paralympic Games.
