The US President appeared distracted and tired as Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley delivered an important speech on her nations’ role in tackling climate change.
But Mr Biden appeared to not be too engrossed in the speech.
He can be seen looking down at the floor and closing his eyes during the speech.
But the camera appears to pan off the President quickly when it is clear he is not listening as intently as he probably should
But the President’s apparent boredom did not go unnoticed by onlookers.
Twitter user @JoanHenry7 slammed: “The camera had to shift off Joe Biden pretty quick, as he closed eyes for a few moments too long.
“Poor bloke. I hope he’s got a lift home.”
While @PortisRedux mocked: “Biden must be really bored!”
