Real-life Mr. Met becomes symbol of inspiration thanks to revealing memoir

Jay Horwitz, easily the most famous media-relations official in the history of North American professional sports, is known as a schmoozer, a prankster, a good sport and a mascot of sorts for the team which has employed him for over 40 years.
