The Crown’s child actors Timothee Sambor and Teddy Hawley got into character as the young Princes William and Harry as they filmed scenes for series five in Spain on Thursday.
The two unknowns will appear in the Netflix drama as younger depictions of Princess Diana’s sons, in the midst of the royal’s turbulent divorce from her husband Prince Charles, who is being played by Dominic West.
Last month it was revealed Timothee, 11, and Teddy, seven, were taking on the role of the young princes after they were seen filming in Surrey.

It was reported that last month that Timothee and Teddy had will portray future King William while Teddy, seven, has been cast as his younger brother Harry following reports show bosses were struggling to find red-haired actors.
According to The Sun, a source said: ‘Netflix bosses wanted to make sure they had the right actors for the role given the young royals are so well known and were in the public eye so much at that age.
‘They didn’t rush it and found Teddy and Timothee who they hope will be warmly received. They’re about to become household names in their own right.’

He’s also a talented writer, receiving a commendation in the Year 5 category for a poem he penned during lockdown in the Chiswick Book Festival’s 10th Young People’s Poetry Competition last year.
It was previously said there was a dearth of ginger-haired actors who could play Prince Harry when casting agents went on the hunt earlier this year.

The final two series of The Crown will cover the Royal Family’s history throughout the 1990s and into 2003, however it is not yet know which moments will be seen.
There are several poignant moments which could be used, including the Queen making a speech on her 40th anniversary of her accession in 1992, in which she called the year an ‘annus horriblis’.
She was referring to the breakdown of three of her children’s marriages; Prince Andrew, Princess Anne’s and Prince Charles’ divorce from Princess Diana.
Other notable events during the time period included a fire at Windsor Castle, her golden wedding anniversary in 1997, and the deaths of Princess Margaret, the Queen Mother and the Princess of Wales.
