Black Widow: When is Black Widow free to watch on Disney+? Shang-Chi coming soon too

After over a year of delays, Black Widow finally hit cinemas this summer in a hybrid release with Disney+. However, back then subscribers had to pay a Premier Access fee of £19.99 to see the Scarlett Johansson solo outing. But when will Black Widow be free to watch on Disney+ for subscribers?

Well, it’s good news for Marvel fans. As What If…? concludes with its finale today, Black Widow is now free to watch on Disney+ for subscribers.

Additionally, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will be similarly available at no extra charge in just a few weeks.

The Simu Liu Marvel movie has been in cinemas for over a month and didn’t get a Disney+ Premier Access hybrid release.

Instead, Shang-Chi will hit the streaming service on November 12, a week after Eternals arrives in cinemas.

Also landing on Disney+ free for subscribers on November 12 is Jungle Cruise, following the blockbuster’s hybrid release in cinemas and on Disney+.

Considering Shang-Chi didn’t go to Premier Access suggests future Marvel movies won’t either.

And with just over two months between the Asian cast-led film’s cinematic release, presumably, Eternals will land on Disney+ in early January following its November 5 release.

In the meantime, the next MCU miniseries is Hawkeye, which arrives on the streaming service from November 24.

Additionally, the Ms Marvel Disney+ show is set to debut on Disney+ at the end of the year or early in 2022.

The new series follows Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American teenager who gets superpowers.

While in 2022 we’re getting four MCU movies in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor Love and Thunder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and The Marvels.

Also for confirmed Disney+ series next year, there’s Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Secret Invasion and The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.
