Kyle Richards refutes Lisa Vanderpump's claim in DailyMailTV exclusive that she was behind rumors

Kyle Richards during a talk show visit Wednesday refuted a recent DailyMailTV exclusive report involving Lisa Vanderpump and rumors about Erika Jayne.  

The 52-year-old reality star and her older sister Kathy Hilton, 62, made a joint appearance in pajamas for a slumber party on Watch What Happens Live.

‘Any idea what the number one question for you was tonight?,’ show host Andy Cohen, 53, asked Kyle.

‘Oh, I have a very big idea,’ Kyle replied.

‘Ashley from Cedar City, Utah: What do you think about LVP saying you were the one spreading rumors about Erika and Tom Girardi’s finances at Andy’s baby shower and is it true Kyle Richards?,’ Andy said.

Kyle said she got numerous texts saying it was a ‘joke’ and revealed that she was willing to respond in a ‘classic LVP manner’.

‘I mean, Andy, I mean, I would never say something like this, ever. But one could argue perhaps that maybe her memory is fading along with her relevance. Because she wasn’t even at the baby shower,’ Kyle said in a spot-on impersonation of Lisa and her British accent.

‘But I would never say something like that. You can think about that though I’m just saying,’ Kyle added.

DailyMailTV reported exclusively earlier this week that Vanderpump reluctantly identified Kyle as the source of rumors about Erika and Tom, 82.

Vanderpump was pressed by DailyMailTV after former RHOBH star Camille Grammer let slip that she knew about certain troubles between Erika and Tom years before they came public.

Last week someone asked Camille on Twitter about whether she’d known of Erika Jayne’s personal drama prior to her joining the cast to which she replied: ‘Yes. One of the housewives mentioned it at Andy’s baby shower.’

Vanderpump and Kyle had a falling out that culminated with Ken Todd infamously giving Kyle the boot from their Villa Rosa mansion.

‘It didn’t surprise me when Camille told me that it was Kyle that had told her the gossip about her supposed friend Erika Jayne,’ Lisa admitted to DailyMailTV. ‘That’s how Kyle works.’

Andy also wore pajamas and insisted they indulge in the slumber party tradition of talking behind somebody’s back in a segment titled ‘Eri-Can You Tell Me?’.

‘What was your first thought when Erika told you the story about the burglary and the car accident?,’ Andy asked.

‘Well, it sounded crazy. But I’ve never known Erika to be a liar. So it sounded crazy, but our lives are kind of crazy,’ Kyle answered.

‘During the beach picnic, why do you believe Erika tacked on the word ”allegedly” when Dorit [Kemsley] mentioned Tom being unconscious?,’ Andy quizzed her.

‘My guess is that she was advised legally to say allegedly,’ Kyle replied.

‘Do you believe it was a conscious effort on Erika’s part to wear non-waterproof mascara during her park meetup?,’ Andy then asked Kyle.

‘Well, here’s the thing. I know a lot of people talked about it. Her eyes are always watering, tearing. She has an eye issue where it always runs, so does Sutton [Stracke]. So, I’ve seen it happen before, so I didn’t think about it,’ Kyle said.

‘Considering Erika said she’s been living with this version of Tom for years, what did you think of his demeanor when you went to their home for the astrology party last season?,’ Andy asked.

‘I thought he seemed normal. But then a friend of mine whose mom has dementia, she said, ”I saw something in his eyes that seemed a little vacant, like my mom.” I remember I told you that. Anyway, I don’t know. I thought he seemed fine at the time, but I don’t live with him,’ Kyle said.

Kyle and Kathy also answered shady questions about each other with an option to hit their sister with a pillow if they didn’t like the answer.

The episode also featured a surprise visit from Melissa Gorga, 42, from The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

Her husband Joe Gorga sat with Melissa in the audience.
