UPDATE: The PS5 console bundles are now available at GAME, although queues have already started to form.

At the time of writing, fans are being asked to queue for upwards of 30 minutes to snag a console, but this is likely to fluctuate based on interest.

The UK retailer has officially announced plans to restock the device as part of a surprise midweek stock drop.
A potential PS5 stock drop was first spotted by the PS5 UK Stock account, after GAME updated its website with a selection of new bundles.
“Missed out on Amazon?” reads a PS5 UK Stock tweet. “GAME have just upped there bundles from 17 to 38 and now include Fifa 22.
“We therefore think we could see a drop as early as tomorrow morning. Keep our Twitter notifications on to be alerted if it happens.”
Despite speculation that the restock would take place on September 30, GAME later confirmed that the stock drop will happen today (September 29).
Needless to say, GAME has warned customers to expect big queues on the website, as customers scramble to make an order online.
Furthermore, GAME has told customers that PS5 consoles will be limited to one-per-customer.
This means further consoles are likely to be available tomorrow (September 30), as GAME cancels duplicate orders.
The company also encourages customers to visit their local GAME outlet to enquire about in-store availability.
“PlayStation 5 stock update,” reads a GAME post. “This morning we will be going live with a selection of PS5 consoles and bundles.
“Due to the large amount of traffic, we operate a queuing system to make the process as smooth and fair as possible for our customers.
“If you try and order more than one console, any additional orders will be cancelled within 24 hours.
“If you’re not able to secure a console online, please contact your local GAME store to discuss your options.”
