This is the moment two fitnesses coaches plunged to their deaths off of a cliff edge on the coast of eastern Spain.
Footage shows the heart-stopping moment Russian Daniil Gagarin, 30, dives into the choppy waters in an attempt to rescue Emma Monkkonen, 24, of Finland.
The tragic incident unfolded at the La Zorra cove in Torrevieja on September 23.
The video, captured by the wife of Mr Gagarin, shows Ms Monkkonen diving into the sea first.

The video, captured by the wife of Mr Gagarin, shows Ms Monkkonen diving into the sea first
Mr Gagarin is seen jumping in after her and astonishingly he manages to pull them both onto the top of a rock
The pair cannot hold on and are seen in the video being washed into the raging Mediterranean
But she quickly comes into trouble as she tries to swim to a rock and climb out – but is washed out into the cove.
Both Mr Gagarin and his wife Darya, 24, are heard shouting to her trying to guide her to safety.
As she is being tossed around by the fierce waves, Mr Gagarin is seen jumping in after her.
Astonishingly he manages to pull them both onto the top of a rock.
But they cannot hold on and are washed into the raging Mediterranean.
In the tragic footage, Darya – also a fitness coach – is heard crying hysterically as the pair are swept out to sea.
A major search and rescue mission was launched after she called in emergency services, who found the body of the Ms Monkkonen almost two miles from the cove.

Both had worked at a fitness centre at a gym in the Spanish resort.
Russian expat in Spain, Alyona Maas, criticised the ‘daredevil jumps from the rocks into the abyss’ as ‘completely reckless’.
She added: ‘I want to say to adrenaline lovers – please find yourself safer activities.’
