Tarek’s representative announced his diagnosis just hours after his ex-wife Christina Haack revealed she has gotten engaged to her beau Josh Hall.
Young documented the night on her Instagram, including lunch from her family and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers delivered to he from Tarek.

‘OMG the best surprise bday din,’ Heather captioned a clip of her and Tarek kissing passionately after walking in on their friends at dinner.
Tarek also included plenty of sweet birthday wishes for his love in an Instagram post for her special day.
‘It’s just crazy how time flies! I feel like it was just yesterday I was announcing to the world I was with @heatherraeyoung and today marks us celebrating her third birthday together,’ he wrote. ‘Not 3 years old but 3 birthdays lol.’
