Although the identity of the person who is soon to die has yet to be revealed, there are a number of potential characters.

Starting with Rebecca Welton’s (played by Hannah Waddingham) longtime friend from childhood Flo Collins aka Sassy (Ellie Taylor).

Having spent the majority of their lives together Flo’s death would completely shatter Rebecca.

The synopsis also stated the demise of the character would be a sudden loss and it would be unexpected for Flo to pass, as she appeared seemingly healthy.

This could also have the opposite effect and bring up unresolved, buried emotions, which could in turn drive him away.

One death that would be very tragic, would be the loss of her young god-daughter Nora (Kiki May).

In the third episode of season two, Rebecca spent the weekend with Nora after her mother Flo had to go out of town

She quickly learnt not to treat her like a child, and to involve her in everyday tasks such as bringing her to work and letting Nora sit in meetings.
