“It’s actually packed with fruit, vegetables, nuts, olive oil and fish – all of which are good for you and have been proven to prevent dementia, strokes, cardiovascular disease, heart disease and even in some cases, been known to reverse type 2 diabetes.”
Extra virgin olive oil is also the preferred source of fat for those on the diet plan.
As well as cooking with olive oil, nuts such as almonds is also a great way to get healthy fats into your diet.
