Kaley Cuoco’s estranged husband Karl Cook has listed ‘TBD’ as the date of their separation in their ongoing split, short for ‘to be determined.’
Cook, a 30-year-old equestrian, requested in court docs that ‘miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects’ be returned, E! News reported Thursday.
Cook has also requested the court for the ‘earnings and accumulations’ in his name ahead of the pair’s June 2018 wedding until after their split September 3, when they publicly revealed their breakup following three years of marriage.

Cook told the court his split from The Big Bang Theory alum, 35, comes amid ‘irreconcilable differences’ between the pair, and has asked that neither side be ordered to pay spousal support.
Cook told the court that ‘there are additional separate property assets and obligations of each party as mandated by the parties’ Premarital Agreement,’ and should be divided as described in their prenup; and that he and the actress should separately pay their legal fees, according to the outlet.
Cuoco and Cook announced their split in a statement earlier this month, more than three months after they wed in June 2018 at his Southern California ranch.
‘Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions,’ Cuoco and Cook said. ‘We have both shared so much of our journey publicly so while we would prefer to keep this aspect of our personal life private, we wanted to be forthcoming in our truth together. There is no anger or animosity, quite the contrary.’

Cuoco and Cook said they ‘made this decision together through an immense amount of respect and consideration for one another and request that you do the same in understanding that we will not be sharing any additional details or commenting further.’
The couple did not initially cohabitate following their wedding, as Cuoco told Jimmy Kimmel last year that ‘this quarantine has actually forced us to move in together,’ referring to the COVID-19 shutdown.
‘It’s been great for our relationship,’ she said. ‘We like each other, we’ve realized, which is even better.’
Cuoco was previously in a three-year marriage to tennis player Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2016.
The actress is set to appear at the Emmy Awards this weekend, as she’s nominated for her work on The Flight Attendant in the category Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.
