The One Show's Angela Scanlon rushed to hospital after involvement in horror 4-car crash

The One Show host Angela Scanlon, 37, has been rushed to hospital after her Addison Lee private car collided with a private ambulance in London, according to reports. Witnesses of the horror four-car crash say the Addison Lee car had been struck by a van which had previously been hit by a BMW.

Angela was treated by medics who rushed to the scene before being transferred to a hospital for further medical attention.

The incident reportedly took place at 9.30am on Tuesday and left the car the presenter was in close to a write-off.

The crash occurred in The Bishops Avenue, nicknamed “billionaires row”, in north London.

A photo of the vehicle Angela was in, obtained by The Sun, shows the damage inflicted by the crash, along with its airbag being inflated from the impact.

“People looked shocked and shook up.”

They added: “The damage to the Addison Lee was quite bad and the ambulance itself had to be taken away.

“It was shocking. The ambulance arrived quickly and took Angela away.”
