Queens of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme’s children file a protective order against him claiming he’s ‘scary’ and ‘abusive’
Queens of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme has had a protective order filed against him on behalf of his children, 10-year-old Orrin and 5-year-old Wolf.
The children, on behalf of their mother, Homme’s ex-wife Brody Dalle, filed domestic violence restraining orders against the 48-year-old singer, claiming he’s ‘scary’ while detailing abusive behavior.
Homme and Dalle were married from 2005 to 2019, and they share one other child, 15-year-old Camille, but she isn’t mentioned in this report, via TMZ.

Orrin claimed in the legal documents there was a recent incident at Homme’s home where the singer grabbed the boy’s ‘private parts.’
The kids also claim that their father drinks alcohol while driving with them, while Orrin also details physical abuse as well.
The boy claims his father has flicked his ears, hit his head, poked his chest and thrown things at him.

Homme has also called Orrin ‘fat’ while also making alleged threats about murdering Brody’s boyfriend.
The docs also reveal that Wolf alleges that Homme calls their mother curse words, drinks and drives and would grab their necks and ears, adding he’s ‘scared’ to go into his father’s house.
The order is asking that Homme stay 100 yards away from them and the family dog at all times.

While Homme hasn’t responded to the claims, his lawyer Susan Wiesner did release a statement.
‘Ms. Dalle has previously brought these claims to the police, DCFS, and the presiding judge of the family law court, all of whom have declined to take any action based upon these spurious claims,’ the statement read.
Dalle filed for legal separation in November 2019 and for divorce in December 2019, while also filing for a restraining order against him.

She alleged that he showed up to her house drunk and head-butted her, which he retorted by getting a restraining order against her.
He claimed that she’s trying to get him arrested by showing up at events to try and trigger a restraining order violation.
He also claimed that Dalle punched him in the face seven times during their marriage and even threw an iron at him.
