Barron Trump will attend $34,800-a-year Florida private school Oxbridge Academy

Barron Trump has enrolled in a $34,800-a-year private school just 15 minutes from his dad’s Mar-a-Lago country club.

The Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, Florida announced late last week that the former president’s son, who is 15, would be attending the private school for the upcoming 2021 – 22 school year.

It was founded in 2011 by William Koch, the brother of major Republican donors Charles and David Koch. William – also known as Bill – was a keen fundraiser for Trump’s 2016 presidential bid, but Charles and David avoided donating to the former president’s efforts.

‘We look forward to welcoming him into our school and community,’ the school’s Director of Advancement Scott Siegfried said.

The school also sent out an email to parents, warning them about the future Secret Service presence on the 54-acre campus.

‘A small contingent of agents will be present during each school day,’ wrote Ralph Mauer, the head of the school.

‘We are working directly with the Secret Service to ensure that logistics and security work smoothly and discretely with little impact on students, faculty, staff or day-to-day operations.’

‘They want to have little impact on our day-to-day operations,’ he noted, according to People. ‘They’ve done this for other former presidents’ kids. They’re fantastic.’

Siegfried told the Washington Post the school has gotten little feedback from its families since it sent out the email last week, but what little feedback it has received has been positive.

According to the school’s website, 77 percent of the school’s faculty hold advanced degrees and about 40 percent of its nearly 500 students receive financial aid.

The school offers small class sizes with more than 170 courses, the International Business Times reports, and promises to develop ‘young adults into learners, thinkers and problem solvers,’ who are ‘prepared to meet the world boldly with initiative and kindness,’ according to The List.

It offers clubs like Model United Nations, a Ukulele and Guitar Club and a Rock, Paper Scissors League. The student-athletes have won several state championships and dozens of regional and district titles.

About one-third of its students identify as individuals of color, and each student is required to take English, math, science and social studies. They can choose from Spanish, French, Chinese or American Sign Language to fulfill their language requirements.

Applicants to the private high school have to submit a student statement, three years’ worth of school transcripts and recommendations from their current math and English teachers.

A note on the website explains that William Koch founded Oxbridge after being inspired by a businessman who paid for his father Charles to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which set the family on the road to the vast wealth they later accumulated.

For the past few years, while living at the White House, Barron, 15, had been attending St. Andrew’s Episcopal School near Washington D.C.

Before that, he attended an elite Manhattan private school that had come under fire in recent months for forcing students to attend a workshop about porn.

The students at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School (CGPS) on Manhattan’s Upper West Side were told to watch a slideshow entitled, ‘Pornography Literacy: An intersectional focus on mainstream porn’ on May 5.

As part of the lecture, high schoolers learned how porn takes care of ‘three male vulnerabilities.’

They were also shown statistics on the ‘orgasm gap’ showing straight women have fewer orgasms with their partners than gay men or lesbians, and photos of partially-nude women, some of whom were in bondage to analyze ‘What is porn and what is art?’

Another slide cited various genres of porn, such as ‘incest-themed,’ consensual or ‘vanilla,’ ‘barely legal,’ ‘kink’ and BDSM.

Additionally, the slideshow included a list of the most-searched pornographic terms in 2019, including ‘anal,’ ‘gangbang’ and even ‘stepmom,’ and discussed OnlyFans, where ‘content creators’ share photos and videos of themselves naked or having sex with subscribers for a monthly fee.

Donald and Melania relocated to their private club in Mar-a-Lago after leaving the White House earlier this year, rather than returning to their former home in New York.

The family has since spent much of their summer at Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, NJ, the Post reports, while Trump’s other children have also relocated to South Florida, with Donald Jr. and Eric living nearby and Ivanka and Jared buying a plot of land in Florida’s Indian Creek Island Road.

Tiffany is also rumored to be thinking of joining the rest of the family, according to the Sun, looking for homes in Miami.
