Lady Gaga’s dog walker begs for $40k as he recovers from shooting

Ryan Fischer was left for dead after dognappers shot him whilst he walked Lady Gaga’s three French bulldogs. After the attack, Ryan was rushed to hospital where he had surgery on his lungs, luckily doctors were able to save him and he was placed under the care of medical professionals.

After being discharged, Ryan decided to go on a “sabbatical” and travel across North America in a bid to heal his “emotional and mental health” after the ordeal.

Two months into his travels, Ryan’s motorhome broke down and he is now asking for $40,000 (£29k) in donations so he can get back on the road.

On his GoFundMe page, Ryan says he plans to visit “retreat centres, trauma programs, queer healers, creatives and spiritual healers” and hopes to put donations towards a new van and travel expenses.

In April, law enforcement sources told TMZ that five suspects had been arrested in relation to the attack on a variety of charges, including attempted murder and robbery.

The woman who returned the dogs after Gaga posted a $500,000 reward was among those arrested.

Los Angeles police later said that the suspects didn’t know of the connection to Lady Gaga before taking the singer’s dogs and shooting her dog walker.
