Swansea, in Wales, was unveiled as the cheapest seaside town to buy a holiday home.
In Swansea, the average house price is only £146,000.
Aberystwyth, also in Wales, came in second place and beautiful Lytham St Annes, in Lancashire, came in third with a holiday home costing around £147,000.
