Luckily, hope came recently when star Cole Hauser, who plays Rip Wheeler in the series, announced that production of season five was already well underway.
Speaking on the Kathryn Hall YouTube channel, Hauser said: “I mean Taylor [Sheridan] is working on it right now.
“I think we will be back sometime in July, I’m looking forward to getting back to Montana.”
There certainly isn’t any doubt that the show would be ending anytime soon, as the ratings for the series continue to increase.
The show, which airs on both the Paramount Network and the streaming service Peacock, is award-winning and a staple for both platforms.
