Cailey Fleming plays Young Sylvie on Loki, I literally just said that. She first appeared on Loki Episode 4, “The Nexus Event.”
Who is Cailey Fleming?
If you’re a fan of The Walking Dead, you already know this one, but Cailey Fleming has been playing Rick Grimes’ (Andrew Lincoln) daughter Judith Grimes since Season 9 of the AMC zombie hit. Also technically she’s Shane’s (Jon Bernthal) daughter, but we don’t talk about that.
Anyway, Fleming is actually — no joke — the eighteenth actress to play Lil’ Ass Kicker, as Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) nicknamed her as a baby, after a small army of twin babies and toddlers played the character throughout the first eight seasons prior to a nine-year-long time jump. Fleming was made a series regular with Season 10, and she’ll continue to play Judith through the show’s final, elongated season, which begins airing in August and ends some time in 2023.
That isn’t the first time you might have seen Fleming, though. Giving McKenna Grace a run for her money, Fleming actually began her career on screen playing Young Rey in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (you may remember the flashback of Rey screaming and sobbing as her parents left her on Jakku), as well as Young Tig Notaro on Prime Video’s One Mississippi, and Young Millie, aka younger Maisie Williams, in The Book of Love.

Well I don’t know if I’d call her “old,” but the regular aged version of Sylvie is played by Sophia di Martino. Try to picture a more decrepit version of Cailey Fleming, and you’ll get the idea.
