Casey Anthony told cops in 911 call she was being 'repeatedly harassed' by her 'arch-nemesis'

A 911 call has been released on which Casey Anthony can be heard summoning police to a Florida bar where she says her romantic rival had hurled a drink at her.

News of Anthony’s recent altercation with Thelma Moya at O’Shea’s Irish Pub in West Palm Beach first emerged last week, but on Tuesday TMZ obtained the recording of the 911 call reporting the incident.

When asked by an emergency dispatcher what had happened, Anthony, 34, replies that she was the victim of ‘an assault’ involving an airborne drink.

‘It was a repeated incident. It was harassment on top of the [thrown] drink,’ she explains.

The argument was apparently over a man Anthony and Moya had once both dated. Further details on the row were not shared.

Anthony, who was acquitted of murdering her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, a decade ago, goes on to claim that the incident involved a verbal assault outside the bar, which was followed by the drink-throwing inside.

‘And I would like to make an official report,’ Anthony tells the dispatcher, ‘just so if it happened again… so I can file a restraining order. It has happened repeatedly, okay?’

The 1 minute, 34 second call concludes with the dispatcher assuring Anthony that officers will be sent to the bar as soon as possible.

‘Thank you so much, I appreciate it,’ Anthony replies.

Anthony stayed at the drinking establishment and spoke to the responding officer, but ultimately she decided to not press charges against Moya, according to her spokesperson.

The pair’s feud was a longstanding one over their mutual former lover.

Anthony was seen at the same West Palm Beach bar in 2018 and 2019.

She was branded the most hated mom in America during her six-week murder trial in 2011.

Her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, was reported missing in July 2008. Caylee had not been seen by her mother for a month when she was eventually reported missing by her grandmother, Cindy.

The child’s skeletal remains were discovered in a wooded area near the Anthony family’s home in Florida that December.

Casey changed her story several times before her sensational 2011 trial, suggesting at times that Caylee drowned in the family’s pool and appearing to implicate her own father who she claimed molested her as a child.

George Anthony vehemently denies having any involvement in his granddaughter’s death and ferociously disputes Casey’s sexual assault allegations.

He believes she killed Caylee accidentally with chloroform, traces of which were found in Casey’s abandoned car during police investigations.

Casey has staunchly maintained she has no idea how the toddler died, telling the Associated Press that she does not ‘give a s***’ what people think of her and that she ‘sleeps pretty good at night’.

She has since admitted lying to the police, but described herself as ‘one of the unfortunate idiots who admitted they lied’.

Prosecutors had alleged that she was a party girl who had killed her daughter to live a carefree life free of parental responsibility, but a jury found her not guilty.

Anthony was sentenced to four years in jail, but was released just weeks later, in July 2011, due to credit for time served.

She was acquitted of murdering the child in 2011 and has since been living the good life and is often spotted hitting up happy hours at bars in Florida.
