Kim Kardashian receives a temporary restraining order against a 'stalker'

Kim Kardashian was granted a temporary restraining order on Friday from an alleged stalker, who she claims is ‘trying to get inside her home’ and is ‘in love with her.’

Amid concern that Charles Peter Zelenoff, a 32-year-old man, is ‘getting dangerously frustrated’ as he futility attempts ‘to pursue a physical relationship with’ Kardashian, the reality star’s lawyer Shawn Holley successfully obtained an order of protection.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Kim claims ‘the guy keeps posting about his desire to pursue a physical relationship with her’ and posts about ‘trying to enter her home.’

Zelenoff, who has two recent convictions for battery, has reportedly ‘filmed videos outside the edge of her property and she claims he’s getting increasingly frustrated about not getting inside.’

Kardashian also expressed she was ‘scared’ that Zelenoff ‘was able to find her home, because she’s never shared her address.’

When asked her ‘relationship’ to Zelenoff, the 40-year-old KKW Beauty founder described him as her ‘stalker.’

The judge ordered Zelenoff to stay 100 yards away from Kardashian at all times.

This comes after Kylie Jenner obtained a restraining order against her sister Kendall’s alleged stalker, who was arrested after he was caught skinny-dipping in the model’s pool in April.

A judge ordered 27-year-old Shaquan King to stay at least 100 yards away from her for three years, according to TMZ.

Earlier this month, Kendall was granted her own five-year order of protection from King, which also extends to their mother Kris.

King managed to get onto Kendall’s Beverly Hills property in late March, and proceeded to get naked and jump in her pool.

He also banged on windows in her home before Jenner’s private security apprehended him.

While King was arrested by Los Angeles police, his jail stay was brief, reportedly only six hours, due to COVID-19 protocols.

A day and a half after his release, he made his way to Kylie’s gated community and was arrested for felony stalking.

King is now forbidden from contacting all three of the Jenner’s, ‘directly or indirectly, in any way, shape or form.’

He is also forbidden from getting near all of their homes, workplaces and vehicles for the next five years.

King was not present at his hearing with Kendall, who was represented by her attorney, Kate Mangels.

Kendall also received a five-year restraining order from another man, named Maik Bowker, who allegedly planned to drive across the country and buy an illegal firearm to kill both the supermodel, and himself.

She was tipped off to the plan by an LAPD detective and went to court to attain the restraining order, which she was granted.

Jenner has considerably beefed up her security after both incidents, and has even moved out of her home.

It was reported in late March that she was packing up and leaving her Beverly Hills home because there was too much risk staying there, despite adding more security.

She has since moved to a ‘safe location with armed security, and while she has no plans on returning to the home, it’s unclear if she’s selling it.
