‘World War Z’ video game creator levels up with Sag Harbor compound

Fresh off his $525 million sale to Embracer Group, Matthew Karch, CEO and co-founder of Saber Interactive — the creator of the zombie apocalypse movie-inspired game “World War Z” — is on a home-buying spree to create a compound in the Hamptons.

The first property is at 23 Ezekills Hollow, which closed for $14.5 million last November.

The stunning, waterfront modern home in Sag Harbor was listed by Compass’s Matthew Breitenbach.

The 10,000-square-foot home comes with eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 20-foot, folding glass doors for an indoor/outdoor living experience, all on 1.87 acres.

Karch’s brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Justin Agnello, James Keogh and Hara Kang.

Adding to the compound, Karch is in contract on the neighboring waterfront house at 27 Ezekills.

The home, which went on the market in April, was asking $9.49 million and sits on 1.84 acres.

At 8,000 square feet, the beach manse comes with five bedrooms, and is listed by Heather Saskas of Compass.
