‘RHONY’s Jill Zarin scoops up Hamptons condo after ‘forever’ house hunt

Jill Zarin just snagged a waterfront condo in Sag Harbor.

The $1.52 million home, which just hit public records, is at Sag Harbor Villas, 68 Water St.

It features three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and water views. Zarin bought it online, site unseen, last December during lockdown — and paid over the asking price.

“I had been looking in the Hamptons forever,” said Zarin, an original “Real Housewives of New York” alum, who is now one-half of a mother daughter design duo with her daughter, Ally Shapiro.

Zarin tells Gimme she always loved the 31-unit, 1980s building, which she calls a “hidden gem,” and was waiting for a unit to come on the market, which is rare.

But the 1,740-square-foot condo was also a diamond in the rough — and needed a lot of work, which was done by Charles Regensburg, the contractor, and Tali Oren, the designer.

The condo came with a double-height living room with 16-foot barrel-vaulted ceilings — and she used the height to create a new primary bedroom suite above the living room. The unit also boasts a deck, and there is a pool and tennis courts on the grounds.

Zarin, who now lives in Florida, said she is thrilled with the purchase and the fact that she will be just a few steps away from the Sag Harbor village, as well as the jitney stop.

For now, she is busy working on a new fashion collection with Ally, to be dubbed “Visiting Day,” a vintage “camp-inspired” fashion collection. And a portion of the sales of their current water-bottle collaboration will go to the Fresh Air Fund to send inner-city kids to camp.

Zarin is also donating 1,000 “Jill and Ally” masks to the Fresh Air Fund for campers who need them.
