Inspired by the warm glow of summer sunsets, the gin distillery have just launched the new Bombay Sapphire Sunset gin.

Perfect for sharing with friends and family, it’s a special-edition gin that has a unique aromatic flavour.

Made with three natural botanicals, it’s blended with golden turmeric, Indian white cardamom and Spanish mandarin for a refreshing taste.

Ivan Tonutti, Master of Botanicals at Bombay Sapphire said: “I have worked closely with our Master Distiller Dr. Anne Brock to create a subtle combination of warming spices and citrus notes that truly enhance the complex flavour profile of Bombay Sappire gin, providing a lingering warmth and refreshing taste.”

With an ABV of 43 percent, it’s got a high concentration of spices and citruses which gives it a sharp freshness. 

It is priced at £20 and available to buy now at The Bottle Club, Morrisons, Waitrose and Drinksupermarket.

Here are some cocktail recipes to make with the Bombay Sapphire Sunset gin.

Bombay Sapphire Sunset & Tonic 

To make, mix 50ml of Bombay Sapphire Sunset gin with 100ml of premium tonic water.

Finish off with orange wheel and Star Anise for garnish.

Bombay Sapphire Sunset Buck

To make, mix 50ml of Bombay Sapphire Sunset with 100ml of ginger ale and squeeze some fresh lime in it.

Then garnish with a slice of ginger and serve in glasses.

Bombay Sapphire Sunset Negroni

To make, mix together 25ml of Bombay Sapphire Sunset, 25ml of Martini Rosso Sweet Vermouth and 25ml of Martini Bitter liqueur. 

Top it off with orange zest, Star Arnice and serve in rocks glass.
