Lucifer plot hole: Fans spot huge blunder with Michael exposing Lucifer's 'devil face'

Lucifer (played by Tom Ellis) fans have been rewatching the Netflix hit as they await the release of the new episodes later this year. However, in the sixth episode of season five, one eagle-eyed viewer spotted a huge plot hole with Michael (Tom Ellis) exposing Lucifer’s “devil face” to detective Dan Espinoza (Kevin Alejandro).

In the instalment, Lucifer, Dan and Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) are looking after baby Charlie.

However, Lucifer’s twin brother uses the situation to his advantage and exposes his brother’s “devil face”.

Discussing Chloe Decker (Lauren German), Amenadiel teased Lucifer: “I’ve known you to be the jealous type.”

“I’m not jealous it’s just this whole relationship nonsense,” he replied. “How am I meant to know what she’s thinking?”

“We haven’t had a proper chance yet I can’t mess this up,” he continued.

“I know you two are useless when it comes to women but Daniel you surely should have some self-help advice for me.”

“You want my advice?” Dan asked. “Stop asking people for their advice and just go talk to her.”

Baby Charlie began to cry as Amenadiel said: “We can take it from here Dan, you’ve already helped out so much.”

“Well done brother, well done,” Amenadiel remarked while Dan looked on horrified.

But, writing in a plot hole forum, one eagle-eyed fan wrote: “Lucifer and Amenadiel realise baby Charlie calms down and gets put to sleep when he sees Lucifer’s devil face.

“Dan just left Amenadiel’s house, and he gets a phone call with Lucifer’s voice telling him to come back to the house.

“He turns around and sees through the window Lucifer’s devil face. It is revealed that Lucifer’s evil twin brother called Dan to expose Lucifer.
