In the next scene Tracy shouted from across the village to Manpreet: “Have you got a sec?”
And the doctor replied: “Yes, of course, if it means having a look at this one, how could I say no? How is she?”
“Not well. I think there’s something wrong,” the new mother said and Nate added: “She’s got a lump.”
“On her belly,” Tracyexplained. “We were just heading to the surgery but then I saw you and they say not to wait with these things don’t they?”
“They usually mean more than ten minutes, but obviously what happened with your sister and no matter how scary it is when they’re this young, I would be upset if you hadn’t of asked me,” Manpreet soothed.
