A food recall is issued when there is a discovery made that is deemed unsafe for the consumer. The latest recall comes from Morrisons who is recalling two different types of chocolate spreads.
All batch codes and all best before codes are affected with the pack size being 330g.
Morrisons said: “Please do not eat this product and return it to your nearest store for a full refund. We don’t need a receipt.
“No other products are affected by this issue. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and assure customers of our continuing commitment to the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Customers should look for the faulty batch if they have recently bought the crisps.

The crisps are being recalled by Morrisons, Asda and Tesco.
Little Dish is also recalling its British Chicken and Veg Pie, 200g.
This is because it may incorrectly contain fish pie with undeclared fish.
The batch date affected has a best before date of April 18, 2021.
The presence of the fish means that it posed a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to fish.
Asda and Morrisons are warning customers to “not eat” the product.
Instead, those who have bought the food item should return it to their nearest store where they will be given a full refund.
The company behind the children’s ready meal said: “Check the use by date of the product which can be found on the top right hand corner of the product sleeve.
“Affected product has already been removed from shelves.”
