Pete appeared to be coming home to his new place as he chatted on the phone in the quick clip.

He was about to answer a question on mental health, but had to place his cellphone down to find his keys.

‘I just moved out of my mom’s house,’ he said as he entered his new apartment. ‘I’m fully out. I got a pad.’

Pete’s shared living quarters with his mother for the last few years after splitting up with ex-fiancee Ariana Grande and moving out of their $16million massive apartment in Manhattan.

‘What’s up guys? We are in my apartment slash basement in my mom’s house,’ he said on a tour of the place last year. ‘I moved here, like, a year ago and built this weird little basement to stay away from f***ing people.’

‘This is my bedroom where nothing happens because I live with my mom,’ he joked at the time.

During a Saturday Night Live sketch in February, Pete mentioned plans were in motion to finally leave the nest.

‘In some ways, I like the pandemic Valentine’s because it’s the first time being alone wasn’t my fault,’ he said. ‘I spent the night eating chocolates and watching a movie with my mom, which is why I’m officially moving out of the house. One of us has to go.’
