Attacker who beat Asian woman in Midtown ‘locked eyes’ with victim

The fiend who mercilessly beat an Asian woman outside a luxury building in Midtown “locked eyes” with his victim — and then struck her so hard that she “wasn’t even there” after the first blow, her daughter’s boyfriend told the Post Tuesday.

The suspect punched and kicked the 65-year-old victim in front of an apartment building at 360 West 43 Street around 11:40 a.m. Monday, yelling “F–k you, you don’t belong here,” according to cops and police sources.

Video footage of the assault provided by police shows the suspect kicking the victim to the ground — then stomping her on the head several times as she was down on the sidewalk.

“She said he was walking towards her and he locked eyes with her,” said the woman’s daughter’s boyfriend, who gave his first name, Luca. “She tried to avoid him, like how people do when you walk in New York City, but he came right for her. After the first hit, she wasn’t even there. I can’t see how she got up from that.”

Video released by police Monday shows several men from the building standing near the door — feet from where the attack unfolded — without lifting a finger to help. Those staff members have been suspended, the management company said.

The victim was taken to NYU Langone Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition, authorities said.

Doctors say she has a fractured pelvis, and suffered bruising on the left side of her face, according to Luca.

“She described [how] she got punched and kicked once or twice, but when I saw the video, I couldn’t believe how [many times],” he said. “Incredible. The guy was huge, like twice me. It’s unbelievable.”

“She did not sleep all night,” Luca said, adding that his girlfriend took two days off work to care for her mother.
