Marks & Spencer launches Easter family dine in for just £20 – everything you need to know

With Easter Sunday taking place next week, on April 4, Marks and Spencer has just introduced its family dine in. Featuring a main meal, three sharing sides, and a dessert, the deal is available from March 31 until April 4.

M&S also praised its chicken roast, saying on its website that it “will be a real crowd pleaser thanks to its delicious flavours of thyme and garlic, plus it comes with a sachet of stock to make a rich gravy”.

The retailer recommended serving the chicken with “golden roasties, braised red cabbage and super-creamy cauliflower cheese”.

As part of the dine in, customers can choose three sides, which include mashed potato, golden beef dripping roasties, 12 pigs in blankets, honey and orange-glazed carrots, braised red cabbage with Bramley apples, mature cheddar cauliflower cheese, asparagus spears, fire green beans, and new potatoes.

The asparagus spears, fine green beans, and new potatoes are all vegan-friendly.

Lastly, shoppers can pick one dessert as part of the dine in meal deal.

The options are a New York vanilla cheesecake, a strawberry compote trifle, a sticky toffee pudding, a puff pastry Bramley apple pie, and a raspberry jelly terrine.

Of these choices, the raspberry jelly terrine is vegan.

M&S said on its website: “A family feast isn’t complete without a dazzling dessert! From extra-creamy vanilla cheesecake and vegan raspberry jelly to apple pie and strawberry trifle, you’re sure to find your family’s favourite in our limited-edition Dine In deal.”

Marks and Spencer is offering a family dine in e-gift card as the “perfect Easter gift”.

Customers can buy the e-gift card to give to friends and family to spend on the Easter dine in.

Also in preparation for Easter, M&S is selling various different hot cross buns, from cheese hot cross buns with Marmite to Extremely Chocolatey hot cross buns.

The latter are rich, dark chocolate buns studded with white and milk chocolate chunks and are the hot cross buns equivalent to M&S’ popular Extremely Chocolatey biscuits.
