Fortnite literature samples is one of the season 6 week 2 challenges, which went live in Battle Royale on Tuesday. The new Fortnite challenge tasks players to ‘obtain literature samples from Pleasant Park, Lazy Lake, or Retail Row’. Fortnite fans need to find four literature samples to complete the challenge, and then also need to have completed the ‘ride different ziplines’ challenge to unlock it.

YouTubers InTheLittleWood and HarryNinetyFour have both published video guides on how to obtain literature samples in Fortnite.
We’ll be going through the locations one-by-one so you can find all of the literature samples needed to complete the challenge.
First up let’s take a look at Retail Row. You should be able to find a Fortnite literature sample at the McGuffin’s bookstore.
This is on the eastern side of the POI. Simply head into the bookstore and you’ll find two magazine stands side-by-side.
The Fortnite literature samples should be in this spot.
Next up, in Lazy Lake lookout for a building in the bottom left which has a rectangular pool by it.
Go to the basement level of that building, head through the car park and once you head through a glass doorway you’ll find a magazine rack under a sign which says Lazy Lake Spa.
You should find another Fortnite literature sample there.
Also in Lazy Lake at the gas station near the counter you’ll find another magazine stand with a literature sample.
The other two Fortnite literature samples will be found in Pleasant Park.
The first building you need to head to is in the centre of the POI, where you’ll spot on the left hand side a large grey building.
Going straight through the front door and on the left hand side you’ll see a book case with a literature sample.
The final Fortnite literature sample is in the north western corner of the POI where you’ll find a large reddish brown house.
Simply go through the front door, enter the first room of your left where there will be an NPC called Jonesy The First.
The bookcase in this room has a Fortnite literature sample.
