Mother – Kate Robbins
Emily’s mother is actor Kate Robbins who is best known for appearing in the soap Crossroads.
She is also well known for her singing career as well, hitting the charts with her song More Than In Love in the 1980s.
Kate has also had roles in Grumpy Old Women, Citizen Khan and Holby City.
Following this, Kate became a successful voice actor, working on Spitting Image and Caribou Kitchen.

First cousin, twice removed – Paul McCartney
The most famous star Emily is connected to is singer Paul McCartney, who is her first cousin, twice removed.
Paul is known for his extensive career in music, which began when he was one of The Beatles.
Emily’s grandmother Elizabeth ‘Bett’ Robbins was Paul’s cousin.
As a result, Paul and John Lennon once performed together at Bett’s pub the Fox and Hounds back in 1960.
Uncle – Ted Robbins
Comedic actor Ted Robbins is Emily’s uncle on her mother’s side.
The star is best known for presenting on BBC Radio Lancashire as well as being a warm-up artist for shows like Birds of a Feather and Wood and Walters.

Uncle – Simon Shelton
