Liz had to revert to simply explain the general premise of the show, which sees stars Nicola Walker and Sanjeev Bhaskar as DCI Cassie Stuart and DI Sunny Khan trying to solve another cold case.
The presenters also tried to get some information out of the actress about a revival of Life on Mars but she refused to say anything.
