NYC power dining scene relocates to Palm Beach

As further proof that the Upper East Side has fled to South Florida, Palm Beach outposts of high-end Manhattan eateries Sant Ambroeus, La Goulue and Le Bilboquet are teeming with NYC regulars.

For the newly opened Le Bilboquet, longtime Palm Beach resident and former Andy Warhol star “Baby Jane” Holzer has partnered with owner Philippe Delgrange.

On a recent weekend, diners included Holzer, Douglas Elliman’s Michael Lorber, New Jersey gov-turned-pundit Chris Christie, billionaire Julia Koch, philanthropist Gillian Miniter, construction exec William Gilbane and financier George Farias — who’s known for hosting annual holiday parties at ‘21’ Club with Anne Hearst and Jay McInerney.

Holzer grew up in Palm Beach, and reportedly just sold a family home there for $7.55 million. In September, she bought a different estate for $8 million, the Palm Beach Daily News reported, one of many local investment properties the onetime model, Warhol star and Texas ice cream store owner has.
