Larsa Pippen is asking $12million for her amenity-filled 10,000-square-foot Ft. Lauderdale mansion

Larsa Pippen is bidding farewell to the lavish Ft. Lauderdale home she once shared – and built – with NBA star ex Scottie Pippen.

The former Real Housewives Of Miami star, 46, is asking $12million for the stunning 10,000-square-foot mansion, which was originally listed for $11.8million in 2014.

And if the property’s endless amenities were not enough to entice a potential homebuyer, Pippen is also throwing $1.5million worth of luxury vehicles into the mix.

The vehicles, all 2020 models, include a Porsche 911 GTU RS, a Mercedes G63 AMG and a Ferrari 488 Pista, as per Page Six.

Larsa and Scottie’s soon-to-be ‘former home’ sits on 0.7 acres in the elite gated community of Harbor Beach, which is located along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Located in the rear of the spacious property is a a 230-foot deep-water dock, built specifically for superyachts, which Larsa and Scottie had planned to construct prior to the breakdown of their marriage.

The former couple famously snapped up the property as TWO empty lots in 2000 for $1.3million in order to build their dream home from scratch. The ambitious project was completed in 2004.

The custom creation included six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, which allowed for more than enough space for Larsa, Scottie, and their four children.

When asked by Shawn Elliott of Nest Seekers Marked, the company who nabbed the listing, ‘why’ she and Scottie chose Harbor Beach as their home base, Larsa explained that ‘the neighborhood is amazing and there are so many options’ available to residents.

‘We have a private beach. We’re on the Intracoastal Waterway. We have security. It’s just every amenity you can think of,’ the former BFF of Kim Kardashian gushed.

Larsa took Shawn on a tour of the entire mansion, starting with the front of the vast property.

Pippen, who described her and her family as ‘car people,’ made note of the spacious double gated driveway, which allows residents and guests to drive in one way and out the other.

They then headed inside to show off the estate’s spectacular range of amenities, including a fully functioning home theater, a large game room complete with a bar set-up, a gym created by the Chicago Bulls basketball team, and a 450-bottle wine cellar made of luxurious African mahogany.

She noted that the movie theater ‘seats seven’ and that it has proven to be a ‘great size’ for her and her family and often acted as a place where they spent ‘family time.’

While marveling at the regal foyer, Larsa said that ‘it was really important for [her and Scottie] to have a house with a bridal staircase’ because they ‘loved having a grand entrance.’

Although her absolute favorite room in the 10,000-square-foot mansion is the gym, Pippen admitted that she also has a soft spot for the living room and its striking architecture.

‘I use [the living room] for my Zoom calls. I read in here. I just love the feel of the space,’ she explained, before moving into the massive family room.

With a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, the family room has an indoor-outdoor feel.

Referencing to the spacious design of each room in the mansion, Larsa stressed that ‘this home was built for a family.’

‘It’s good if you want to entertain. It has a lot of natural light,’ she continued, before moving into the kitchen, which is riddled with white cabinetry and a gorgeous reflective tile backsplash.

Making their way through the six bedrooms, Larsa touted the incredible balcony featured in the house’s master bedroom that looks out onto the Waterway and the resort-style pool in the backyard.

‘This is the best master bedroom, ever. It literally has every amenity you want. It has a butler’s pantry where you can have a refrigerator,’ said the reality star.

‘I have a coffee machine up here and in the morning I like to be in here for the first 30 minutes after I wake up.

‘So it’s perfect. I can have my cup of coffee and sit on my balcony and it is just super relaxing,’ she concluded.

Larsa also made sure to give her fans a peek at the dreamy walk-in closet, which comes complete with built in storage.

Besides the water slide-clad pool, the backyard also boasts a relaxing hot tub, a fully functioning outdoor kitchen, and, of course, a full-size NBA basketball court.

Despite making plenty of family memories in their lavish Ft. Lauderdale home, Larsa filed for divorce from Scottie in November of 2018, after 21 years of marriage.

The estranged pair share sons Scotty Jr., 19, Preston, 18, and Justin, 14, as well as 12-year-old daughter Sophia.

Larsa is currently romantically linked to NBA player Malik Beasley, 24, who she caused quite a stir with in November.

The model was photographed holding hands with the then-married Timberwolves player who left his wife Montana Yao and his baby Makai at home to vacation with Larsa on his birthday.

To make matters worse, Beasley left receipts in Larsa’s social media comments as he seemed to plan the get together months prior, as he wrote on October 23 ‘I just want to take you on a date and treat you like a queen.’

A blindsided Yao only found out that her husband had stepped out after seeing the photos and swiftly filed for divorce on December 8.

Taking to Twitter amid the controversy, Larsa insisted that ‘Malik and his ex were separated before [she] ever met him that’s a fact,’ with Montana refuting the statement shortly after.

Aside from drama in her personal life, Larsa has reportedly been approached to engage in some VERY public drama on the upcoming Real Housewives Of Miami reboot, according to Page Six.
